What we collect
When you place an order we collect: your name, the address you ship to and the address you bill to, your email, and your phone number if you provided one. We do not store payment-card data, payments are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal, which return an opaque transaction id we keep on file.
How we use it
We use your data to fulfil your order, to write to you about your order if needed, and to comply with our legal obligations to keep an accounting record of every sale. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for ten years for accounting reasons. You may request deletion of your customer account at any time; the order records associated with it will be anonymised after the ten-year window.
