Who we are
Maison Vessel is a small house of quiet essentials, founded in 1974. These terms govern any purchase made through this website.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed once we send you the order confirmation email. Until that point we may decline an order without explanation, for example when an item turns out to be unavailable or when a price has been displayed in error. If we have already taken payment for an order we end up declining, the full amount is refunded within five business days.
Prices, taxes, and shipping
All prices are quoted in euro and include VAT applicable in the European Union. Customers shipping outside the EU may be liable for local duties and import taxes which are not included in the displayed price. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over 180 euro within the EU; otherwise a flat 12 euro charge applies.
Returns and exchanges
You may return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Garments must be returned in their original condition with their tags attached. Underwear, swimwear, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full procedure.
Care and authenticity
Every piece carries a care label inside the seam. Following the care instructions extends the life of the garment and is a condition of any after-sale service we extend.
Intellectual property
The Maison Vessel name, logo, photography, and editorial copy are the property of Maison Vessel. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any single order is capped at the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard by the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
